Order Online – When you are ready to order, simply sign-up as a member and login to our website. Add your selected items to our shopping cart, and check out when you are ready. Please prepare the following information : Product ID and Amount Sender Name, Address and phone number Recipient Name, Address and phone number Gift Message Delivery Instructions (if any) Credit Card Information (CSC # included) Payment    When you place your order online, all your information will be encrypted in VeriSign secure form, the internet's #1 online security provider. All the financial transaction will occur in the US, which is our home base. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, your order will be sent instantaneously to Thailand to be processed.    ThaiSoup.com understands the importance of credit card security for all online transactions. Fraud Protection To prevent credit card fraud, for orders with a value of more than $100 or which may seem to have suspicious origin, ThaiSoup.com reserves the right to ask for additional proof of identification such as 1) A copy of your ID or driver's license, with the name and address that matches that on the credit card used for your online purchase.   2) A copy of last month's bank statement, with the name and address that mathces that on the credit card used for your online purchase.      Orders will not be delivered until we receive any requested verification. Delivery     Currently we deliver to Bangkok and metropolitan areas, although some products such as flowers and some non-perishable items are available throughout Thailand. Please read Delivery Areas for more detail.     Along with our timely delivery, we also offer a digital picture confirmation of the recipient with your gift. The pictures will be sent to you as a confirmation that the gift has been received. However, we respect the recipient’s wishes if they do not want their picture taken.     To ensure that your gift reaches the hand of the recipient, our representatives will call the recipient first to check if he/she is home and to set a desired delivery time. Therefore, when entering recipient information please check the recipient phone number for accuracy.     * For elements of surprise, in which you do NOT want us to call beforehand, please indicate in Delivery Instruction during checkout.
