Delivery Time    Once your order is received at our Thai operation, your order will be processed. We know how speed and accuracy is important to you, so we offer a 24-hour guarantee delivery for all orders placed before 11 a.m. Thailand time. Although we will try our best to deliver within that day, orders received later than 11 a.m. may have to be delivered the next business day. Please note, weather and road conditions may delay our efforts. We reserve the right to delay delivery, due to unforeseeable circumstances. However, we will contact you in all circumstances. - Hours of Operation We deliver from Monday through Friday, and through most Saturdays.Although we never stop working for you, our affiliates have different store hours. Therefore, all Saturday delivery orders must be placed by Thursday 12 pm Thailand time. Orders later than that may have to be processed on Monday. However, we usually do not deliver on Sunday. Nevertheless, we realize the significance of special dates, and are happy to serve you for certain circumstances. Please contact us by phone or email ahead of time so we can make special arrangements and try to accommodate your wishes as best as we can. - Holiday Delivery We make deliveries through most major holiday, but ask that all orders be placed at least 3-5 days before the delivery date. Due to the large amount of orders on holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we would appreciate it if you could include flexible delivery dates, and understand if all orders cannot be delivered within that one day. For Songkran Festivals (Around April 12-16), we do not make any deliveries due to the fact that most shops in Bangkok are closed down for the holidays. This New Year, we will be closed from Dec. 29-Jan 1. Deliveries will resume on January 2, 2007 We encourage you to contact us in advance to inquire about deliveries on any major holiday.
