Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your happiness is important to us. Therefore, we guarantee
your satisfaction. We will replace or refund your gift
if you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied.
Refunds
For refunds, we must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days after we are notified. Damaged and opened items will not be accepted. If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly replace the item or provide a gift certificate for the same amount.
However, 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for delivery and processing fees. All refunds will be credited to the purchaser, and not the recipient.
Please note that our return and refund policy does not apply to perishable (flowers, cakes) and personalized items. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

to return
To return or request a refund, you can contact Mr. Sagar Onta at our US office at (503) 781-8673 or Ms. Kathy Vilainatre at our Bangkok office at (66+) 89-525-4730. Please provide our representative with your order ID, and the reason for your return. Once the request has been investigated and processed, our staff will request you to repack and send the product back within 15 days of delivery to:

Changing or canceling an order
For changes or cancellations to your order, we must be notified as soon as possible. Please call us at (66+) 89-525-4730, or email info@thaisoup.com
Changes or cancellations can be made if we receive the request before the order has been prepared or sent out on delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to cancel it.

| 1. Do you deliver outside of Bangkok? |
Currently we offer free delivery to Bangkok and metropolitan areas, although products such as flowers and some non-perishable items are available throughout Thailand (Delivery charges may apply). Please read our Delivery Area for more details and contact us for any special delivery arrangements. |
| 2. What do I get when I make an order? |
With the gift item, the recipient will receive a ThaiSoup card with your gift message on it. Moreover, a digital confirmation will be sent to you, so you can see the smiling faces of the recipient with their gift from you. |
| 3. I get an error page after I finished inputting my payment information. Did my order go through? |
After you have completed keying in your payment information, and pressed the submit button, a transaction confirmation page should appear. If there is an error page, please write to us at info@thaisoup.com to let us know, as the order status will be marked as Invalid. We will contact you at the earliest time to solve the problem. |
| 4. How do I place a Customized Order? |
To use our Customize Order service, simply write an email to us stating what you are looking for, and where your recipient lives. If we are able to obtain and deliver the product for you, we will send you an email indicating the cost of the product and delivery. If the price is satisfactory to you, we will obtain your payment details via the phone. For your security, we discourage you to disclose your credit card information over email. |
